PPT Master

PPT Master is an open-source skill-style pipeline you run with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or any agent that can read files and run commands. You drop in a PDF, DOCX, URL, or a plain brief; it structures the argument, designs slides, and exports a true .pptx. Elements stay native PowerPoint objects with adjustment handles, data-backed charts and tables when you want them, slide masters and layouts on the structured path, plus optional transitions, animations, speaker notes, and narration audio.

Founders still live in decks for investors, customers, and internal alignment. Most AI slide tools give you locked layouts or image-filled shells that die the moment you need to edit in PowerPoint. This one keeps data on your machine, works with the model you already pay for, and hands you a file your team can keep refining without a second SaaS bill.

Install Python 3.10+, clone the repo, pip install requirements, open the folder in your agent tool, and ask it to build a deck from your material. The agent drives the project workflows on disk: research and outline, visual design, export. You can also distill brand templates from reference decks, fill an existing .pptx while keeping design, or layer narration onto a finished deck. Preview examples live on the project site before you run anything local.

The bet is depth in PowerPoint’s object model, not prettier screenshots. Editable is table stakes; PPT Master aims at real shapes, charts, masters, and motions so the AI output keeps converging with what you would build by hand in PowerPoint.
