jcode

Most coding agents get heavy the moment you keep several sessions open. jcode is a MIT-licensed Rust harness aimed at multi-session workflows: fast boot, low memory, and enough custom surface to raise the skill ceiling instead of locking you into one vendor loop. Their own numbers show single-digit tens of milliseconds to first frame and much leaner multi-session RAM than Claude Code, OpenCode, or Cursor Agent. Useful if you treat the harness as infrastructure and want density, not another electron slab.
