An open-source agent harness OS — plan, test, review, remember, and improve — that plugs into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and more.

Why it matters

ECC (Everything Claude Code lineage, now multi-harness) is an MIT open-source agent harness operating system. It ships dozens of specialized agents, hundreds of skills, command shims, hooks, selective rules, session memory, continuous learning, and AgentShield security scanning. The point is not one more prompt pack. It is a coordinated loop: plan, test, implement, review, verify, remember, improve — optimized so the agent keeps context lean and persists what matters.

Most founders still rebuild the same agent loop in prompts: plan, implement, test, review, then forget what worked. ECC installs that engineering system once — specialized agents, hundreds of skills, hooks, memory, and AgentShield scanning — across the harnesses you already use. If coding agents are your daily stack and you want process without rewriting CLAUDE.md every week, this is the pack to know.

How it works

Pick one install path per harness. For Claude Code, add the marketplace and install the ecc@ecc plugin, then optionally copy the rule packs you need. For Codex, clone the repo and run the supported sync script into ~/.codex. Cursor, OpenCode, Gemini, Hermes, Kimi, and others have install targets via install.sh. After install, agents pick up planning, TDD, review, security, and domain skills instead of you restating the workflow each session.

Not a single skill and not a methodology essay. ECC is an installable multi-harness system with agents, skills, hooks, memory, and security scanning that you drop into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Hermes, and more — one engineering OS instead of a pile of one-off prompts.
